I found the hardware stuff I needed easily, and most of it was actually in stock. Good selection overall, good selection. The site worked fine, but it could definitely be a little faster, faster would make the whole thing smoother.

"Shipping was way too slow"
I don’t know, the shipping just wasn’t reliable for me. My package showed up late twice, and at that point it’s like... why bother? Probably won’t order again

"hard to get a real reply"
i had a frustrating time trying to reach customer service. i just had a simple question about my order, but it took way longer than it should have to hear back. when they finally did respond, the answer didn’t really clear anything up. maybe other people have had a better experience, but i probably wouldn’t order again if i thought i might need help with something

"Felt Cheap and Became My Problem"
I ordered a part from uhs-hardware.com, and at first glance it seemed fine, but once I actually started using it, the quality just wasn’t there. It felt cheap, not very sturdy, and not like something that should cost what it did.
It also didn’t work smoothly and started giving me issues right away. What frustrated me most was that it had that “they made it my problem” feeling, like I was stuck dealing with a bad part after paying full price. I expected better and wouldn’t order from them again.

"Way too expensive for what it is"
I expected a lot more for the price. Once I saw what I actually got, my first thought was, what a joke. It’s just not worth the money
